Located in the heart of Broadbeach on the Gold Coast, The Rochester is designed by award-winning BDA Architects. For this project Theola was commissioned by Motiv to deliver a series of videos that would capture the essence of the location, the design and the amenity.
Crafted through interviews with essential stakeholders and collaborators, each video in the series offers a distinctive and informed perspective on The Rochester development. The stunning visuals of the early morning Gold Coast beaches, with the sound of waves crashing over the sand, create a perfect backdrop for conveying information about the project while capturing the essence of Broadbeach.
